88 days left, July 27th, 140, and anything else.

88 days left. :) Less then 13 weeks. :) It's funny because when I think of my pregnancy in these terms I can't believe that is all I have left. Then when I think of 2 1/2 more months that sounds long! Weird huh?Anyway I thought about blogging when I hit 100 days or less, then I thought I would do it when I hit 90 days but I kept forgetting. Here we are 88 days. Officially less then 3 months away! I am starting to feel as though my pregnancy is picking up speed. I never thought I would be excited for labor and deliver but after 7 months of pregnancy God certainly has a way of making us with for it. :)

Many of you have been wondering and waiting. WE have been waiting and now I finally have a date. :) July 27th @ 10am we will have our 4th, yes 4th, and FINAL ultrasound. I am excited and nervous that this baby is going to be wound up to tight to show us anything but we will see. They are checking to make sure that everything is good with the amniotic fluid. I am not worried at all about the baby. I feel so peaceful in that regard and that feels great.

I had a checkup yesterday which seemed like forever since my last one. So I was excited to go in and hear that heartbeat. 140 bpm. My mom is convinced we are having a boy just because of the heart rate. Anyone out there have any boys with high heart rates or girls with low heart rates? I don't really think that this is a valid way of knowing the sex. It's so funny because I met a lady recently at a garage sale who was very interested in pregnancy and asking me how it compared to my first. By the time I left she was convinced I was having a girl. I guess everyone has there own ideas. Only time will tell.

In other news, well I don't know that there is much else. I have been busy editing pictures. Brody is busy learning to talk. Says new things everyday and sometimes just surprises the heck out of Don and I. He is a lot of fun somedays and other days I definately understand the term terrible two's. Who loves to tell us what to do, especially stop it! Which is not my favorite. The other day we were outside, he had been standing right beside me and within seconds was gone. I couldn't figure out where he had went and the next thing I know Brody is running full speed down the middle of the road. I never had been more freaked out! It doesn't take long. I didn't even know he could run so fast, I had to run full speed just to catch him.
Don is working and we spend a lot of time as a family. We went to the beach the other day with my sister. (pictures to come) The other night we went to babies r us and registered. I am having a shower in August and decided to register as there are a few things that we could use with this baby that we never had with Brody. It felt good to get that done. Otherwise we are enjoying summer. Sitting outside together, eating ice cream :), and just hanging out!

Sounds like good times. I love BRU...very dangerous!! I can never walk out with just one thing..its bad. LOL

With that heartbeat, now I say boy...hmmmm I dont think its true, but thats what people say. Caydens was 150 for a while. Almost everyone thought he was a girl until we found out. I cant wait to know for sure about you! I hope your baby shows the goods or lack there of!! :-)

How scary about Brody being in the street! I bet you nearly had a heart attack...go you for running full speed while pg!!

Seriously, the heartbeat has NO holds on what a baby's sex is. It all depends on the activity of your baby when they check the heartbeat. Maddie's heart rate varied between the 145-160, and so did Nathaniel....so, if that says anything. :)
