Who's life is this?

I have been home for a week but it's really just started to sink in. I feel as though I don't even recognize my life. I am waiting for someone to say that I have stolen their life and they want it back! Hahahaha.... seriously though, I went from working full-time, doing photography, & being a mom to only two out of the three. I am supposed to be working diligently to get this business moving a little more and quite frankly I am enjoying my life of luxury. I know that being a SAHM is hard work but it really just feels so good to be home, I feel like crying frequently because I feel so fortunate.

I went to Target this morning to go shopping. WOW!! What an experience. Are you laughing at me, that's fine but I have never been shopping to Target in the morning when I haven't been in a rush to get to work. Now I know this may not be typical of SAHM, I have this option because Don currently doesn't have a typical work schedule. So this is why my shopping experience was so amazing. Don stayed home while Brody was napping and I ran to Target. I get there and it was the most perfect picture of a parking lot you have ever seen, empty. I parked near the front and strolled in. The store what quiet and peaceful. Target employees were milling about along with a few scattered customers. I walked leisurely through the aisles without worrying about running into someone elses cart or getting stuck & having to wait because two people were side by side in the aisle. Also, since Brody wasn't with I wasn't in a rush to get home hoping that I would get through the store without him crying. I took my time, because I could. The reality is I really could have gotten in and out in 30 minutes it was so quiet there. Oh let me mention that my darling husband told me to get myself some coffee this morning so I walked around Target drinking my Starbucks. MMMMMMM!!! The finale, I got to the checkout and there was a pleasant lady with a smile on her face who greeted me and asked me if I was ready to check out. There was no line. :) mmmmm.... somebody pinch me... is this for real?? :)

lovley isnt it? I rarley go anywhere on weekends anymore (mostly due to my weddings as much as anything else) but when I do go, I am a bit confused as to what the special occasion is that is causing everyone in the world to be out and about! =)
