Everything looked great but the baby is measuring 7 weeks 3 days. According to the first day of my last period I should be 8 wks 3 days. She said that the ultrasound could be off 3 days go either way and that it's up to the midwife to decide whether or not to change my due date. I won't find out until the next appt. Even if they push it back a week this pumpkin is coming by the end of September... well hopefully. :)

Ultrasound
Yesterday we had our first ultrasound. Our little kidney bean's heart was beating and it had little sprouts starting to grow. It was so sweet, I started to cry when I saw the heartbeat. I needed that. :) Brody was such a doll. He was worried about mommy. Didn't understand what they were doing to me and he started to get scared, so I held his hand. We talked and I told him again about the baby in mommy's tummy and how they were checking to see how the baby was doing. He calmed down and did really well. What a sweet boy.

How nice that they let Brody be there! I love that. Here @ Mayo they don't let any children in the ultrasound rooms. Its a bummer, kinda, but they must have some reason, I guess. I know Ethan would have loved to see his sisters before they were born! (He did get to see the pictures, but he would have loved to see them move around!)

Yeah! I am so happy for you, Don and Brody~ again!! WOO HOO! I measured "late" with Cole, too. I think that he just implanted late or I ovulated late. Either way, all is good.
I am so very happy for you guys!
I love that Brody was there for all sorts of reasons including for you. Love this story.
